This sea salt is carefully hand-harvested from the mother brine in small batches to produce a delicate flake with a balanced pure flavour. All-natural and free from anti-caking chemicals. Replace your everyday salt with a healthy option to season any dish.

PRODUCT CARE:
Store in a cool dark, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, or in the fridge.
Reseal zip top package after every use.
Do not store in a salt shaker. You can store in a jar with a sealed lid or leave it in the original package.
Sea Salt will absorb moisture from the air, there are no anti-caking chemicals added to our sea salts.
HOW TO USE:
Sprinkle to season, use as a rub on meats, or as a finishing salt.
